[求助] SOS!

大家都知道这次SIS有许多域名被屏蔽掉了.我也是费了九头牛2头老虎的力气才再次找到SIS的.
首先想问下大家,除了代理,现在哪个域名上SIS最稳定最快?
其次想问下大家如果今后在来大规模的屏蔽我们还怎吗找到SIS,毕竟不用代理上的人是多数的.
那吗怎吗样才能在大规模屏蔽后,第一时间找到SIS的新域名呢?
以前听有人说过用PING的方法找SIS,希望具体说下,怎吗用PING来找SIS.
